Over the next 12 weeks, we're going to help 8 women just like you achieve their health and fitness goals.

Over the next 12 weeks we are going to help 8 Thurrock based Females prove that their body can be stronger, leaner and more athletic than they thought was possible.

Here how it works:

  • You'll train using our flexible schedules and methods (perhaps two PT sessions, a bootcamp and some home training) 2 - 5 times per week and will get stronger, fitter and leaner every week.
  • We'll track everything so we can make sure you'll progress quickly.
  • You'll have unrestricted access to over ten years of experience in weight loss and transformation, using the exclusive Whatsapp group.
  • We'll show you how to eat what you want while getting in shape. No nonsensical diets, no extreme measures. Life is better with bacon.
  • You'll guess at nothing, gain at everything and for this you'll pay less than a price of your lunch for the privilege.

We'll be selecting 8 women from the Thurrock area shortly, and spaces are strictly limited so apply now!

Quick Facts

  • We're looking for FOUR Thurrock based females to guide on a journey of self-sufficient health and fitness.
  • The course will consist of a mixture of one on one personal training, group bootcamps and gym or home training.
  • Outdoor Bootcamps take place at Blackshots, Thurrock and Corringham Park - near Impulse Leisure sports centers. Indoor Bootcamps will take place at Orsett.
  • Successful applicants will be given a full health MOT, including postural analysis and flexibility examination.

Program for you if:

  • You are a female aged 25 - 45 years old and are keen to begin a results based training course.
  • You live in Essex and can get to training sessions at least twice a week.
  • You are completely commited to making a change to how you look and feel right now!
  • You are not afraid to put the work in.

Identifying Problem Areas

One of the most important things we'll work on throughout the course, is muscle mobility and usage. Too often I work with clients who struggle to perform basic tasks during their day to day. It's down to them having not used the correct muscles often enough, and over time they've shortened meaning they lack flexibility and can't be used to their full potential.

On the flip side, sometimes muscles are overused in favour of others - which creates an imbalance, often leading to postural problems or injusries in the lower back and hips.

These are all things I'll look to take care of as we work together.
